View Full Version : Bad Pro Mod wreck at Kennedale tonight.

..... pro mod got out of shape at about the 330' mark..got sideways and rolled over when the wheels hit the ground again the throttle was either stuck or he couldn't get his foot off of it.. and the car shot OVER the guardrail.. and the throttle hung/got hit again and the car shot back over the guardrail (now it is back on the track).. It was by far the most wierd wreck I have EVER witnessed.

Anyone else see this shit.

and Franky Taylor won the whole deal with a 4.02@178 :eek:

Yeah we saw the 4.02 run, awesome. I guess we got there too late to see the wreck, hope he is ok, those pro-mods cost a lot of money.

Unless someone dies and they have to wait for the medical examiner they are going to keep racing. Even then they usually haul off the body so they can continue racing.

I dont have videos of it..but I did see several people with cameras running.. I would imagine that there will be some floating around on the 'net before too long... :)

Who was the dude in the fox body that drove down the track on a busted rear end, until his wheel came off? I appreciate being able to sit there and wait for the track crew to get the track cleaned up.:rolleyes:

I've seen a pro mod run a 3.99 out there:) It had a small block Chevy to!

That small block vette went 3.96 @ 180.43 I have the video still, its the same night that 57 chevy promod used the tires for brakes at the end of the track.
