I am interested in this but I was wondering if it would be something I could install myself. BTW would there be any issues putting it into a 1997 Yukon (2 door)?

you could install it yourself, there are some directions but I woudlnt advise it. even if you buy it from me for 250 and pay someone to install it its still a good deal.

wouldnt be a single problem putting it into a Yukon...I definately would not install it myself. I would find a pro to do it. You are talking lots of wiring and you are messing with remote start and you have to make sure you have your safety relays wired in right.

TTT for ya. And what safety relays are you talking about?

There are 4 relays in a bundle, you just have to attach a certain wire to the brake switch so that if the brake it stepped on the car shuts off. I would not recommend doing the alarm yourself unless you have installed alarms before. There alot of things you have to know about your car like if it is a single wire door lock or pos or neg door lock, also you have to know if your car has 1 or 2 starter wires. I worked as an installer at Circuit city for 3yrs and doing the viper790xv still takes me about 5-6 hrs, that is the same alarm as that clifford. i will tell you this, it is well worth every penny.:D
