I need to find a roommate by the end of this month. If you or someone you know is interested, please refer them to me.
The apartment is located at The Meridians in Carrollton, off 121 bypass and 35 North. VERY good location off the highway. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1165 sq ft place. ITs very nice.
Rent is reasonable for the location and size.

There is an attached garage that will normally have MrEvil in it. Its extra and I'm paying for it. If you need to work on your shit, I can move the car out, etc. Otherwise, its mostly just where my car sits. You get 1 covered parking spot. I have my own washer and dryer, so no need to use the washateria if you dont have your own.
I have Comcast cable internet service, which has been pretty good for me so far.
I also have a widescreen hdtv, directv (almost all channels), 2 nice leather sofas, gated patio for smoking, etc. Apartment is smoke free and would prefer a non-smoker.
I can't get out of my lease and downgrading to a 1 bedroom with a detached garage is more expensive than its worth, so gotta get a roomie.

Im looking for $400 / month for the other room, plus split the water/elec/internet.
