I know I've posted a thread about it before, but Getso, my brother's band is playing its first club gig on Friday, november 7th. They're at the Liquid Lounge, which is on Main street in Deep Ellum, next to the Curtain Club. They played a block party in Lake Highlands on Halloween, and it was insane. EVERYONE was singing their songs back to them, and they haven't handed out more than 5 or 6 EP's. Come on, guys, it's deep friday tomorrow. That means that $8 gets you into all the major clubs in deep ellum. On top of that, this band actually DOES kick ass. It's gonna be a good show. In fact, it's gonna be so good, that you'll be like, "damn, Yale! You were right! This band kicks so much ass, that I'm gonna buy you a beer!"
