I just got some tweeters out of a Mach 460 system and am looking for a good place inside of my car for them... I still have A/C and dont want them in the vents... is there anyplace that makes stuff for this...
I don't know why you're wasting your time with a paper cone 1.5" mid/tweet but why don't you put them where the 3.5" go or very low in the kickpanel?

Well I know one place you could stick those speakers
So are you using the dash speakers? Why not put them there and use the 3.5's in the door?

I have six speakers right now... two Kickers for the dash, two 6 1/2's for the door and two Mach 460 tweeters for somewhere...

how about you buy that double gauge holder thing that goes right above the headunit (normally houses your ac vents). They make one that retains your vents, abeit smaller, and you could grill-cloth cover the 2 little guys where gagues would go. Im sure it would look good if you took your time. Just an idea...

sound quality will be better the closer you get the tweets tp your mids.
