Just saw Billy Duke's GN and that thing looks like it RUNS. If the other GN heavy hitters are as prepared as this one... its gonna be a tough race!!!

Yeah, I picked it up last night. Gonna stick it in tonight. 2nd gear band was SMOKED. Clutches were OK, steels had some hot spots on them.

Well it "runs" but I still have to change out some parts from last year. Rear coil over springs, control arm bushings, etc... I can't be running 9.70s again this year, thats fucking slow.
The wife just went out of town until Friday though so I got the rest of the week as a free man to live in the garage.

Al, Im gonna get my trans in the car tonight and I 'should' be free Wed & Thursday. Ill try and make it out one day after work and help with what I can if you need it....

Yep, new plug wires, ignition, coil, heads, cam, sumped fuel tank and the thing might still pop and bang. I just hope canaryass puts gas in his tank before the final and that Adamlx shows up with something to race!

I'm still trying to get one or two bugs worked out and get a new program for the chip. If it comes through in time I will be driving the car up there.
