just bought VBulletin, need some help

I just bought VBulletin, and i need some help, i want it to have e-mail verification, but the people registering arn't getting the e-mails sent to them to verify, so... they're not being able to post. If you could shoot me an e-mail @ contact@dfwbuilding.com
