Well after 7 years with Verizon Wireless, I got laid off last week. So if any one sees, hears or needs any of the following positions, please give me a heads up.
I have the background of Helpdesk Operator, Tech Support Representative, Customer Service Rep., Project Specialist, Project Analyst, Support Manager and Facilities Manager.
I also have 6 years Military experience as a Record Telecommunications Operator.
