This is one of those doll houses that you build to look like a real house. I think they are sold at MJ designs and such places. You wall paper and put carpet in them, also furnish them. This house would be great for you and your daughter ( or wife and daughter) to finish up. It needs to be restored is the best way to describe the shape of the house. Now, its not trashed by any means..it needs some parts put back on the exterior. Its a 2 story with wooden shingles and white siding. It is not carpeted or wallpapered. It comes with extra shingles and some other misc stuff with it. There is also a unpainted gazebo (sp) with it. There is also a extra room glued on the left side to the main 2 story house. Its 4ft wide and 2-2 1/2ft tall. You will need a p/u to haul it away. My daughters are really too young for it and it takes up to much room in my shed. I bought at a garage sale a year ago for $120. This what I want to sell it for, just to get my money back. PM if interested.
I have a Jeep stroller that you find at Sears. Its green/red and brown. We need a double stroller now since the new one was born. This thing is in great shape! Its kinda like a 4x4 stroller. I know its over $100 @ Sears , but my wife would like to get $50 firm for it.
