All right people, I just took over a small food processing facility in Mesquite, and I need to find a couple of GOOD wrenches, some boiler, hvac, welding, machining, electrical or any combination of skills desirable. It will be a 2-10 pm shift for now, adding another for graveyards later this year.
Thieves and bums need not apply, I need honest, upright and hard working people as you will be incharge of the shift and equipment when I am not around.
PM me here with experience.

I have been a maintence machnist at corporate express label divison for 3 years. Before that I was working as the same across the street at Americana foods for 1.5 years. They make frozen foods (mostly ice cream products). But I make 20.47 right now, my insurance is 45.00 a week for family coverage, And I get 8 hours a week overtime.

But I can Weld (mostly stick and TIG), I have been in a machine shop scince I was 12 (I can make pretty much make anything that your machines can), Trouble most electronics, and do general maintence work.

I haven't missed a day of work in 2 years (other than vacation days witch I have two weeks of a year).

I'll be honest, I cannot start you at that rate, you have some great skills that will take you a long way.
I would love to give someone that kind of benefits to start, but we, the management team, are having to rebuild the entire work force from the ground up, something about false documentation with almost 80% of the workplace.
If ya want to take a pay cut, gimme a call:D :D .

How much of a cut? It would save me alot of gas to cut my drive in half, I live near Caddo Mills and work in Duncanville. Give me a few more details. Please
