Got this off of turbomustangs.com regarding Brad Brands bad ass turbo coupe:

According to an article in PHR: In a quick telephone interview, Brad told PHR that he is running 392ci of bored and stroked small-block Ford power. With Trick Flow Hi-Port heads, a low 8:1 compression ratio and a single Precision 101mm turbo, Brad estimates he is making 2,020hp at the flywheel. Feeding the combustion chamber is a set of 165 lb./hr. injectors with a FAST sequential fuel injection with a wideband O2 and individual cylinder control options.Instead of the typical Bruno transmission, Brand has noticed significant gains with a Liberty Pro Mod style 5-speed with an AFT clutch, which Brand changed to during the off season. With a 33x10.5 M/T rear tire at 3,040 lbs., Brand ran a career best 7.26@204.14 with a 1.24 sixty-foot time.

Lynch and Brand were both in Alabama, shooting for the $20,000. Neither were in the points race for FFW champion. That is why they went to Huntsville!

I was at huntsville this weekend and brand, lynch, Chris Ridge, Keith Szabo, along with a few other turbo mustangs were there. Brands cars is a bad bitch. It would yank the tires like it was launching all over again with each gear shift. awesome.

Lynch was there because he had already clinched the championship, not because he wasn't in the running.

Huntsville rained out on sunday by the way. Going to do it on Nov 1, weekend.

Nope, this weekend ended up a massive thrash with a couple of major boom bitches, we ended up 35 qualifier out of 56 with a 4.97. There will be one more qualifying round on the make up. We don't want to go all that way for one chance to get in the field and potentially not get in. They will be having another 20k race in the spring that he is going to. I am going to stay at home this time. There were a ton on outlaw 10.5's, but it was really like a huge KOTH race just with the little tires.
