downloading "mods" for Vice City for the PC...

Once you download the file, how do you make it take efect on the game?

Anyone?

Has anyone done this?

A friend of mine told me about another friend of ours who downloaded some 'mods' for Vice City for the PC, and was able to have diffrent cars and bikes...

If you have done this, did it bother the game at all?

UPDATE. I figured out what happened. It wasn't the download I did for the Enzo...it was all me...:(
