Kennedale sux! I won't be going back to that place unless we rent the track again. I got one run in all night and unfortunately it wasn't against JC. I should have jumped right back into the staging lanes after my one run and waited but I went back and put some ice on the intake and Chris (93LXHorse) and I were heading back to the staging lanes when they called it and put the posts in the lanes to keep people out. So it was my fault this time that JC and I didn't line up.

93LXHorse got one run as well and his was against JC. I'll let them elaborate.

OK, my one run. The converter works!!! I staged, hit the 2-step, matted the throttle waited for the tree to come down, let go of the 2-step and the car hardly moved and jumped sideways, I let out and got back in and ran a 7.24 at 101.112mph. This motor really likes the new converter! Now I just need to figure out how to control it on the line and I'll be set.

$20 and an hour and a half in the staging lanes to make one run. Not worth it!!! :mad:

Yeah Kirk and I made a pull on the freeway and he walked away by a couple of cars. I am down on power somewhere, but Kirk's car is set up real well.

That slip on the line cost you your 6.xx pass for sure.

You need to go on Wednesday nights Kirk. The track hooks good and you can plenty of passes in. Maybe its time to start thinking about suspension mods now:cool:

<-----7.50 and 7.49 @ 89.9 with a 1.61 60' on bald DR's, full weight, not a thing removed from the car. No short belt. I was happy. :D
