Sorry, need WAY more detail. Post the application error, word for word. What changed before you started having problems?

Just from the looks of the search results, looks like you've got a trojan on your system.

Backdoor.IRC.RPCBot (http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/backdoor.irc.rpcbot.html) looks to be what you've got. At least that was the only result that came up searching for sfind.exe on Symantec's website.
