Norton Lice Update trouble.....

When I try to run Live update for the Norton Anti-Virus, I get an error, and it doesn't let me update the descriptions.....

I also get a message to close all of my Norton Products, so, my question is, what do I close?

I've always just downloaded the Intelligent Updater from their website, never bothered with Live Update. The one time I tried, it couldn't connect, so I never tried again :D
