Nice house for asking price.....I work in that area and have considered it....20k more then what I wanted to spend though.

This is Yellow Boy...my other account is somehow screw'd up and I am waiting to hear back from the webmaster.

Anyhow if you don't have a realtor the realtor listed is giving up a great deal. He will be waiving the 3% so that is essentially 103% financing. Give him a call for more details.
