What's a good install kit and where can I get it? I've read that the "bestkit" head unit install kits have the best quality. Just looking for some firsthand knowledge.

Finally got me something nice for my hoopty, so no autozone install kits please :D . For the integra sure, but not for the camaro.

If you wanted something cool you could build your own. I've made them from plexi, smoked plexi, diamond plate, abs plastic, fiberglass/gel coat...

We buy 99% Best Kits but for the crapm...err camaro, we use the Metra 99-3300.

Any reason why the metra kit is used versus the best kit? Just looking for an honest answer :)

My installer likes the Metra kit better. I don't know why but I'll ask him this morning and get back to you.

The best kits models all require assembling or cutting tabs to make it work. The Metra kit is one solid piece. No modification required.
