Cleaing out my hosting directory and I found this dyno graph from last December with the old turbo and 5-speed (http://www.dfwstangs.net/hosting/302_plus_a_few/dyno_122002.jpg). Gotta love that turbo torque!

i see, "old turbo and 5-speed." does that mean your car is faster now? with those numbers you should have put out some good times. cant wait to see what it runs with the new setup. i bet it is fast.

Well, since we're dyno racing - how's this for flat hp curves... :) FYI, the top line in the hp curve, not the torque curve.

No I lost 31 from my M6 N/A dyno of 404/393
My TA's best auto dyno has been one of 377/412 (My last dyno last month was a sorry 354/412)
That number I posted was an old NAWS dyno........it's from the past.

Hey cock holster that wasnt an excuse... I made more than him. And I'm faster/quicker at the track.... I put that up as a disclaimer for him... So he couldnt come back and say his numbers were because of his C4 or his 8.8 blah blah fucking blah.
EDIT: My bad i didnt notice that was with a fucking T5!

Its my understanding that the area under the curve is the area between the torque curve above and HP curve below. In Lane's graph, the torque curve is below the HP curve the whole way across. Thus, there is no area under the curve.

Loose converters with a lot of power make for strange dyno numbers.

I like the place in KC that dynoed Jason Carter's car, here (http://www.corral.net/forums/showthread.php?threadid=22008&perpage=35&highlight=dyno&pagenumber=2) is the link. He made 1200rwhp and 1200rwtq the first second into the pull:) His car makes probably 2500hp cranked up, he had twin T88s on it last time I saw but I heard he went to 91s.
