Photoshop Question

I want to do a zoom section on a picture. I have a full size pic for the inside of the zoom box, but I need to know how to crop the 'zoomed in' picture and how to make the arrows and stuff from the original picture.

Like the following but better. Thanks!

You'll want to have the original, full size picture. Make a copy of it, and resize it to 800x600 for displaying online. Then, on the original full size image, make a selection of the area you're going to be "zooming into" on the resized picture. Copy that selection from the original full size picture, and paste it into the resized picture.

Then just use the line tool and shape tool to make the circles, or boxes, and the "zoom" lines.

Should end up looking a bit like this (only the "zoomed in" area won't be just a scaled section, but the section of the original full size image)
