Next Lan Party

Lets get started early and play all day :D




Okay guys the wife just approved another lan party... i want to try and keep it around 10 people or less just to keep it smooth and un cluttered.

the poll will pick a day and as last time we can run before noon till the next morning... Bring head phones to keep the noise down for when my wife goes to sleep. :D

we will get probably get pizza and sodas again if you want beer bring your own...


we definatly need the following:

some patch cables or cat v ends to make some as needed
8-16 port switch
power strips
Fans
Tables
i would bring your chair as well if needed....
other than that I can't think of much else we where missing from the last one.

I would have to say we will play the following games

Enemy Territory (9 map rotation)
UT2k3
and some CS

I will be in Midland on on the 23rd and have a wedding to attend on the 6th. :( So I voted for the 30th, but as it looks right now I will have to pass on this one and hope to make the next.

I may not be able to make the 23rd ... I have to check with some people to make sure, but I think that's the date for an annual bbq/pool party we throw every year.

Actually if that is the day, I might could still make it, but it'd be late (like after midnight at the earliest)

Josh I will be over on the 30th ;) I am NOT missing this lan party...only problem is I don't have a table...and dunno if I have any chairs...however...if someone wants to hook me up with a table and chair to use at the party, I will supply them with a nice 12 pack of their choice :)

some War Craft III which i suck at hehe :P

i did play counter strike
need for speed
rally racing
quake 3
age of empire
dark ages of camalot (sp) which sucked cause you had to pay 15 bucks a month just to use there server :rolleyes:

and yes i got 1337 skills up my sleeve :)
