rowlett car show

hey does anybody go to the car show in rowlett on thursday nights? ive seen some other stangs out there and was wondering if any are from dfwstangs

I go up there sometimes I'm like right across the street from there. I have tried posting it up before but I dont think anyone else usually goes. So I just go up there to hang out and stuff. there is usually a group of ls1.com guys that meet up there too. Are you going to be up there tomarrow night?

It is out here in Rowlett, at Dalrock Rd and SH66. I usually get up there around 7:00 and there is a decent crowd there. It is mostly old hotrods and such, there are a few stangs, new and old, and the ls1.com guys are up there but they seperate themselfs.

i made it out there last thursday it was an ok turn out
i have the black 86 s/c hatch
theres some pretty fast cars out there!

yeah i was out there last thursday. it was an ok turn out. hopefully better today. yeah there are some fast cars out there... some i see at redline a lot.
did you see that nova that was out there? it was parked closer to the church.. that thing was super clean! had nos on it, motor was excellent... and had the nice smell of race gas as he drove off... mmmmmmmmmmm

I saw you out there a couple weeks ago. i didnt go last week. i was out there with a friend in his 73 yellow/gold whatever color mach 1. I'll probably be out there tonight around 7, i usually park closer to the church, in a red 94GT

i think i saw you out there, i got out there kind of late, were you parked by the blue hemi? i was gonna try and meet you, never saw you in your car and went to look at others and you were gone... lol...sonic blue 2V was out there as well... good to see some fellow dfwstangers out there... hopefully soon we can get more out this way... oh right after you left (youve probly seen the guy hes out there from time to time) guy in a camaro SS was out there... he's sprayin and got a blower w/ intercooler on it... pretty nice... got roll cage... i dont think its street legal tho, ive seen him pull it off a trailer down at the diamond shamrock and drive it down to the show... he wouldnt tell me what it'd run...:rolleyes: ... oh well...

I was parked next in front of the school building in front of that middle entrance/exit. red gt, dirty as all heck. few spaces over from the red c5 vette. i think i was there from about 7-730 cause there wasnt that many people out. oh well ill get it cleaned up and hang out around it next week so we can meet more people

Good to see you out there Slow Five-0. Saw a few LS1 and 4 or 5 Stangs last night, probably 40-50 cars total. And wasn't the Pro Street ChevyII Nova sweet! Got to be a lot of money tied up in it.
Maybe we'll see you out there next Thursday.

i dont know about a place to park, over there where you were last time seems to ba an ok spot. not a whole lot of cars around that spot, and after you left i saw sonic blue 2V pull in there too.

did you see the bronze colored mustang (newer model) there? is he from dfwstangs?
