Peanut butter
Steak
Chicken
Whole-grain rice
Baked potatoes
Yams
I just wish I could eat all that suff.:(
I am the same as you and in 7 months I gained a little over 20lbs, I also lost a little body fat (though I didn't have much to begin with). I can give you an idea of what I ate over that period of time if you want.

You guys are lucky bastards. I eat a bread crumb and gain 20 lbs. Does anyone have a meal plan for those of us who can't eat anything without taking the risk of becoming a fat fuck?

I have a slow metabolism too and I live on chicken breasts, canned tuna, and oatmeal during the week. Not exciting, but it works. A good tip is to eat the protien portion af a meal first, it'll start digesting and you'll register that full feeling before you've had a chance to go too far with the carbs.
yeah..id really appreciate that XL. You always see all the emphasis on people who want to lose weight because it is much more common issue. I am 6'6 190 Ibs. Have 3% body fat right now. I was at 200 Ibs. when i was in service getting three squares a day, but have lost some weight since ive went back on irregular eating schedule.
Here is a general idea of what I ate:
Out of everything I ate chicken salad was my favorite. Two chicken breats marinated in italian dressing, sliced and put on a salad (with more italian dressing) with some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Add some milk or juice, or water. Sometimes I had some steak. Pasta is great, so is whole wheat rice. Every once in a while I would eat at Quiznos, and I got their Origonal Turkey, large, on wheat bread (they stopped making that sandwhich, those bastards).
For lunch I usually ate a can of tuna fush with some mayonnaise on wheat bread, or a couple of peanut butter sandwhiches w/ wheat bread, both I ate with a slice apple and 2 cups of a juice beverage.
For breakfast, I usually had oatmeal w/ honey in it on fast days, or on days when I had more time I made 2 eggs, 4 pieces of turkey bacon or turkey sausage, with two slices of toast and jelly.
For snacks I had fruit or yogurt. Walnuts are also great, a cup of walnuts is 700 calories, a lot of it is fat, but it isn't saturated fat. It is high in HDLs (which lower your LDLs, which is bad cholesterol).
After workouts I made a smoothie which had 5 or 6 frozen strawberries, two scoops (40g) of protein mixed with half a cup of milk, 6 fl oz. of pineapple juice, half a cup of orange juice, all blended together. Tasted great, and it was about 50g of protein and a little over 400 calories. There was just a little bit of fat from the milk, but I used 2% or 1%. Skim milk would work fine, since you can't really taste it.
Every once in a while I would cheat with fast food or a pizza or something. I had more fat than I should have, but by working out and excersizing I kept the fat down. I went to get a physical after working out for seven months and eating all of the above, and I had great blood pressure and my cholesterol and tryglicerides were in great shape. The doctor was very impressed with my blood test results.
Don't forget to count drinks when you are adding up your calories. 2 cups of grape juice will give you over 300 calories. A bananna is 100 calories. Also for snacks get some protein bars. The Atkins AdvantEdge bars (I'm not on the Atkins diet) are great, especially the chocolate caramel.
Good luck with whatever you are doing.
Thanks!..ill let you know how it turns out.

What is whate bread? Is this a typo or something I've never heard of?
Thanks.

Cool. I thought maybe is was some new protien bread or something.
The wheat bread I use acutally has 6g of protein per slice. I guess if you want to make a new product you can make Whey Bread, haha. 10g of protein per slice! Go market it now, make some money.

How about barley and hops bread?
I'm trying some wheat/fiber bread. Doesn't taste as good as wheat but oh well.

Thanks.
I figured out what it is. It's Nature's Own, "Wheat and Fiber." It has 6g of protein per slice.
