ive been lifting for a while and i just increased my weight on curls from 40 to 50, my elbows feel like my nerves r going numb and then they hurt, it feels like the blood flow is getting cut off too.. im gonna start taking twinlab joint fuel and rest till im done with the bottle, anyone have any suggestions?

make sure you're stretching before your workout and also stretch after your set so you can get the lactic acid out and loosen up the body part. Glucosomine/Chondriden(sp)is a good joint supplement but doesnt suit everyones digestive system. Also make sure you arent going up on weights too fast.. even if you can do the weight, take it slow.. you are bound to see results in time. If you are still aching, take a week off.. believe or not, your body will thank you for it. Good luck!:D
