and my piss already stinks, but the stench always smells like that of what I have had to eat for that day (chicken smelling piss is Weird!!:D :confused: )

Oh yea, most likely, some really funky breath.

You may experience some, all or none of those symptoms. Your piss will be a darker color as well.

I've never purposely put myself into ketosis, but on any run over 15 miles, I'll burn up almost all my glycogen. That is when my sweat starts smelling pretty ammonia-ish. Piss will go dark, almost orange, until I replenish my stores.

In simple terms your body uses it's fat stores for energy due to the lack of carbohydrates in your diet.
