I recently found this new energy drink called XS. It has 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 2g protein, and it's loaded with vitamins and amino acids. It has about half the caffine of normal energy drinks but from my experience works alot better and doesn't have the come down from the sugar high or whatever you get. They have 3 different flavors 2 of which I really like. One is a Grape/Cranberry flavor, another is like a Mountain Dew Flavor, and the other is a Raspberry Ice Tea. They cost bout the same or less then the others out there running bout 2bucks each. I usually drink 2 a day, one when I wake up and one before I workout.
