damn, not bad. long-distance running has always sucked ass for me. i just get tired of it. i think the most i ever did 3 miles was like 24 or 25 minutes in the middle of summer.

Why would that be bullshit?

That is like 20 MPH, a person in a little better than average shape could manage that.

stationary bike is easy money.

it's not a constant 20mph, but 25 here and there, 15 here and there, two sessions, 15min in one, and 10 in the other..

8 miles

oh and i leg pressed 330 3 sets of 8, could have done more.

Hey Al, are your lungs and chest still giving you lots of pain from the running? There for a while I tried to get my distance/stamina up on the treadmill but my knees just didn't agree with the running so I laid off. It didn't matter how gradually I increased my time and distance, after the first mile or so at 6.5mph or higher my lungs felt like they were caving in.

No not really, the tendons at the front of my knee are a little sore sometimes but even that has been slowly getting better with time.

The only side effect I notice is that when I breathe during the day it seems like I've got a TON of extra lung capacity. Kind of a weird feeling.

My minimum speed is about 6.8 mph right now too. i don't run any slower than that.

I'm still in....and doing the 3 miles on average around 18:30
Still can't do a perfect 300 pft. My running is the only things stopping me.
I weigh 203 lbs...
so...I think my time is good.
