For anyone who was at Denton Friday and didn't hear--I managed to set fire to the ignition/wiring in my car. Good news--I gave up sleep and food for 48 hours and my car is fixed! The other good news is I just got my Skinny Kid Racecar wing. Now, if I get the bugger on straight I should be able to put most of the power down. OK--well maybe once I get a handle on my 60 foot first.

But then everyone is in trouble!!! LOL

Anyone going to Denton this next Friday? We're going for 60' testing only. Maybe do some launches on the bottle if I can get a few little things done in time.

Thanks. I figure with my luck a plane will crash into my car in the shop sometime this week. I swear--I always get sidelined with the dumbest crap. Although it is cheaper than fishing piston chunks out of the intake.

I know what you mean. I have had nothing but problems during this engine install. You name it I had problems with it. Man, I am burnt out on working on this thing. I'm ready to play.

Soon--very soon. All we have to do is get the 60' down a little and control the wheelie--then we'll hit it with a little shot.

I wish I didn't! You should see my bent wheelie bars. It's not a pretty sight but it does make for a good talk topic. Maybe if I put a wing on the front that would help.....and a bunch of really stupid Japanese writing stickers......or maybe not.

lol. I suppose, at some point, the hp per sticker rule follows the law of diminishing returns. :D

That car should be an animal when you get it all sorted out! I checked it out over a year ago I believe when I bought some stock exhaust parts from you. I can't believe you are just now getting it to the track! It looked almost done when I saw it long ago. Goodluck getting it all sorted out, I wanna see it go down the track.:)

I have a ladder bar and coil over suspension. The car has been up and running with serious tranny problems for quite some time. I finally got that issue sorted and am now working towards smacking the crap out of people who talk trash-----93mcobra!!

Bring a lunch and an army--you'll be all day trying. On second thought--my car is slow--wanna place a bet?
