Mach 1000 Audio system

Was wondering what your guys opinion was on the stock mach 1000 audio system?? Im buying a 2002 GT today that has this included. When i first heard it i completely loved the sound and the feel. Upon further inspection the sub on the right side of the trunk has a bad rattle. Would this be covered under the manufacturers warranty? Thanks for any information.

If there is a known problem, don't take the car off the lot until agree to fix it. They won't risk a deal over an hour of trim repair.

dealer has to honor the factory warranty on all factory covered parts, my cousin is a service manager for ford in austin and he says it will be covered.....i would be picky as hell with a new car!
