Can I run my front and rear speakers from my Jensen 300 watt 2-Channel amp? Can this be done or do I need a 4-Channel amp. Amp has all crossovers built in and is stable at 2ohm.
Thanks
If your amp is (like you said) stable at 2ohm stereo, and if you connect 2-4ohm speakers in parallel to each channel for a total of four speakers, then yes, your 2 ch amp will run 4 speakers. Expect it to run much hotter.

What kind of RMS output would be expected?

EW, i found the specs for my amp. 75 watts RMS per channel @ 4 ohm and 100 watts RMS per channel @ 2 ohm. So if I connected 4 speakers, fronts and rears what ohm would the speakers be running at?

2 ohm.

since it is a two channel amp, just connect the two front speakers into one channel, and the two rear in the other channel.
basically u put both positives form set in the one channel and both negetives in the other part of that channel. then do the same for ur rears. each set will be running at 2 ohms.

Is that bad for my speakers?? I hooked it up. Sounds damn good, why didn't I think of this a long time ago lol. Almost no need for the sub running this way. That Kenwood 45 watt/4 headunit just doesn't push those infinity reference speakers lol
