Well, I got back into Ketosis after eating a whole damn box of Lucky Charms several days ago.
Day 1:
20 grams or less carbs
1 hour of cardio @ ~153 bpm heart rate on the Reebok crosstrainer.
Day 2:
am: 45 mins of cardio @ ~153 bpm heart rate on the Reebok crosstrainer.
20 grams or less carbs
Ketone strip result: negative in the PM
Day 3:
Ketone strip results: Trace amount (5) in the AM before cardio
1 hour of cardio @ ~153 bpm heart rate on a Precor cross trainer
Ketone strip results: Medium amount (40) in the AM after cardio
20 grams or less carbs
So, pretty easy way to get into full ketosis in 3 days without too much blood,sweat, and tears.
I took a break this morn from cardio, as I didnt want to burn out.
And, I weight in at 233 this morn. Not bad for a fat ass like mahself. ;)
