I'm taking advantage of my friends apartment pool now to exercise. I was wondering if there were certain to help out lower abs. I can seem to do anything with this area to save my life. So any ideas so I can get some sun and swim at the same as work out my stomach. Thanks.. (the pool isn't my main focus, just a something new) I still need to get into a better schedule on the weights. I'm still a small little bastard..

Two I can think of off the top of my head we did in swim practice...
Pool Crunch
Lay on your back in the water. Put your legs over the edge of the pool, all the way to your knee. Do a crunch like you normally do.
Upside down dolphin kick
This one will kick yer butt after a few yards. Push off the wall on your back and dolphin kick, with your legs together. This will get the lowers, butt and thighs.
A dolphin kick is like you would see when you watch someone do the butterfly stoke. Read Step 2 of the link, to see what you a suppose to do. Only, you do it on your back, not your stomach.
If you want to really workout your lower abs do the upside down dolphin kick with a pair of Zoomer fins.
