View Full Version : WOOT!.. tried to max on the bench

i figured i could ORM 425ish... ended up hitting it 2-3 times... so i figure my current TRUE ORM is 435-440... well.. time to quit messing around with 315 and bump it up to 335 for the work sets... I'm just Glad GOT BOOST is at the gym on sats to spot for me since i cant find a training partner.

Oh yeah, I forgot that I also only weigh 175 and can push up decent amount for my weight

right now.. im a uber fat ass at 288.

but at my peak.. i was pushing a 485 ORM at 245lbs.. im shooting for 505 @245 now. but keep in mind. this is after 2 months back at the gym after almost a YEAR layoff..

Shit man I know the thing about laying off for so long :( . I feel like I haven't hit a gym in 4 years, but I was a personal trainer about 8 months ago lol. If I can ever do over 500 I'm gonna be proud lol, the most I ever got up to was 435 ORM @ 220lbs.
