Just lost 22 pounds- yeah- but haven't had the energy to work out like i used too- lifting weights etc. I lost a lot of muscle (and boobs too- that sucks!). Anyway, what will help give me a boost for my workout? I don't want anything that is going to freak me out all day though!

If you don't want side effects, stay away from Effedrine and Caffine.

Try a balanced multi vitamin, like a, "for women only" type, that has 4 or 5 pills with everything you would need, and take them twice a day.

Speaking of supplements…does anyone know anything about, or ever tried something called “Stacker2”?
I use these types of supplements as a “kick me in the ass” wakeup, when I haven’t had a good nights sleep, and if it burns some fat off my ass in the process, that makes it all the better. :p

FYI- It says 25 mg of ephedra, 200 mg of caffeine, white willow bark, and chromium picolinate.

Yeah it's just like every other, pick me up, fat burner. ephedrine and caffine.

I don't use supplements to lose weight, I use them when I haven't slept the night before. I wanted to make sure that the ones I bought don't have rat poison or anything in them, and that they were ok to take.

So SHADDUP! I'll kick yo' pansy ass, BITCH.

I'd suggest staying away from ECA stacks, etc. If you are too
worn down to work out look at your lifestyle - are you getting
a good night's rest? Eating properly? I know you have been
out of work up until recently - that'll take it out of you through
stress.

I'd suggest looking at the fundamentals - rest and diet and
stress management - and see if you don't feel better. Maybe
cut out the booze and start taking a good multivitamin.

While ECA certainly works the coming off period can be
bad and you'll _really_ feel flat afterward.

Sometimes you just have to make yourself start going again -
you'll feel better afterward and want to keep going. Find a
way to motivate yourself - get a workout buddy that you
have to be accountable to or some other kind of motivator.
