I weighed myself at Lane's this past Monday. 189lbs! but, yet when I went shopping at ExpressMen I had to get an XL shirt because the Large's sleeves were too tight. (It was probably the cut of the shirt)

At any rate. My old clothes haven't gotten any loser 'cept the pants. :D Losing weight but not muscle is cool!

I wanna look like LL Cool J so my wife will jump my bones! BWUAHAHAHAHAHA

LL got it going on.

My goal is Kurt Russell's look in Soldier. I figure if his 50 year old ass can look like that, my 40 year old bones could.

Lou is also bad ass.

Little too big for me. I can't see me swinging a golf club looking like that (although I'm sure its possible!) or running a 5K sub 20 with that size.

Although if I could, that would be freakin' impressive.

I'd be really happy if next June I'm looking at 195 lbs with 10% bodyfat at 41. I got about 15 lbs of muscle to add and about 5lbs of fat to hit that number.

LOL at the Belushi goal. :D

I'm not looking to get huge by any means. LL Cool J is close to what I want (isn't he like almost 40?), maybe a little thinner.

There is a pic I'm trying to find of Mo Greene a few years back, from a Nike ad. He's about as big as I think I could get without starting to slow down, so thats my goal.

That's a good one, all the ones I found he still had his singlet pulled up. I'd probably have to get up around 215-220 to look like that though.
