shoulders and tris.. did 3 sets of seated dumbell press with the 100s.. hit 14,12,8.. hit some light behind theneck press ( im sticking to 135lbs right now, trying to get my hurt rotor cuff up for more abuse) followed by some side laterals and reverse peckdecks).. well my shoulder started aching.. so i was kinda bummed because i though my tricep work out would be shit..
boooy was i wrong..
after 5 min of rest.. my shoulder was good to go.
4 sets close grip
5 sets skull crushers superset with more close grip,
5 sets of one arm behind the neck extenstions..
and some cable push downs to finish me off..
my tri;s where so sore i didnt know if i wanted to stand or fall down and laugh/cry myself to sleep... 20 min on the treadmill was MURDER!! it hurt to rest my arms on the machine;:)
