Yes, that is the strictly performance cobra with the double decker wing. To my knowledge it's running faster than any other 03 out there, but yet nitrous Pete gets all of the press.

Yea, turbo's rule.....those blower cars can't hang in super street outlaw or pro 5.0. :)

i thought that i read somewhere that he has a C4.:confused: oh well... anyway, that car of his is bad ass, and it's still running the factory shorblock, from what i can rememeber!!! i think that he has ported factory heads and factory cams as well, but i can't remember for sure.

I give those guys mad props. (in fact I have told them that.) But those cars are just inconsistant.

We all know its consistancy, not random spouts of mid 6 second blasts followed by a 7.50 because of tire shake, that wins race after race after race.

Right now the Procharged cars can get the job done.;) As far as being up his ass goes... I have been friends with Doug since I was 7 years old. If you call being great friends with somebody, "stuck up their ass", then yes, I may be. My dad is the crew chief for that team. So of course I am gonna push for the blown cars.

But it sure feels good for people to actually take me serious when I talk about Pro 5.0 drag racing. I grew up around it.

I really was not talking about who was winning in points and what not, all I meant was who is faster. Turbo's! I don't care about consistency as much as I care about speed. Don't get me wrong, I like blowers too but turbo's are just awsome! :eek:
