The Junkstang had a new best last night...

The Junkstang is my best friend's car, just let me clear that up. It ran a best of 6.84 last night on the 28x10.5's (too big for his 3.55's/C4), and that was between him and another coupe that was spraying a 250 shot (:eek:). The other guy ran a 6.55@107 to Justin's 6.84@102. Justin was spraying a 180 on that pass. The guy who owned the car wasn't talking shit, but one of his buddies was, and wanted to run for $100. *Negative Ghost Rider, the Pattern is Full* I think if he would have had the 26x10's on it, it may have been a little different. Had fun though. :D

That was the purple car right? I saw that race. It was nice to see some grudging going on.

Yeah Chad, that was against the white coupe. Justin pulled over to talk to the guy after the race and it had a 410ci SBC with 4.56's and a 'Glide on a 250 shot....to Justin's 302 SBF with 3.55's and a C4 on a 180 shot. :eek: Justin was running some 28x10.5 ET Drag's....wayyyyy to big for the 3.55's, but that's all he had mounted.

I don't know, those 26's might hurt him if he doesn't hook. I would borrow some and try them out before he goes and buys a set.

He has a set (26x10) that he was running on the last time we were there and it went 6.86 w/125 shot on the 26x10 ET Drags. He just put on the Victor Jr and we went to Redline last night. It destroyed a pushrod and still ran a 7.02. It has alot left in it, he is still working out the tuning bugs with the Victor Jr. We'll be out there tomorrow night if it doesn't rain, you guys going to be out there ??
