What kinds of Vitamins to you guys take? I have neglected to take vitamins and I am sick again. Seems like I catch everything that my son brings home from day care now days. I was thinking and remembered that I dont do vitamins at all and I am probably not getting those important nutrients. But I was sick last weekend and now this weekend and I am about sick of being sick. Used to bever get sick.

Thanks
Todd

Centrum multi every day with an extra vitamin B,C and antioxidants.

I had much more of a regiment when I was running alot (60+ miles per week): vitamin b, vitamin c, vitamin e, antioxidants, folic acid and liquid amino acid. I'd also load up on an iron supplement once a month for a week.

I try to get all my vitas/mins from the food I eat, i use the multi as insurance.

I am pretty sure I am not getting everything I need from the foods I eat. Looking for that insurance now!

I bought some one a day mulit's from The Smoothie Factory that are made by Twin Labs and they seem to be pretty good. They have all the stuff that any others have and you only need to take one a day. From what others have told me, most multi's have about the same stuff in them so you can pretty much get what ever you prefer whether it be price or simply personal preference.
