it was a fun night.
we did not get to make a pass in the beast till 11:00 or so. i had to run home and get the starter off my hoopter to get andrew's junk running. i will let Andrew post up his times. he was generous enough to let me get a few pass' in, which BTW that car has some fucking power. neither of my pass' where meant to break any records or to beat Andrews times, which i doght i could anyway.
first pass, i left at maybe 3000, it got loose as shit, so i let up, got back in it a couple times same results. andrew said i was way out of the grove.

i came back around and made another pass, it felt better, i think i left at about the same RPM and just let it come out of the hole, then i slowly rolled into it, i got maybe 1/2 to3/4 throttle.

Yeah, that first pass was scarey looking.lol But, if I recall you did beat Andrew by a good .5 tenths on one of his passes.lol I just remember praying for you not to hit the guardrail or breaking anything. You would have had to sell everything you owned to pay him back.lol That was pretty brave/cool of Andrew to let you make a couple of passes though. But, like he said, "you have helped out alot with his car". Not to many people would go home and scavange parts off of there own car to help someone get their car running. That is what I call a good/true friend.
