well i only ran times and had enough.
My best with, catted xpipe, flows, pulleys. was 9.3 at 76mph
Tonight i had mac off road h, flows, pulleys, mac cai, and a 75 shot at 600 psi.
Here are my times.
rea. .770
60ft 2.158
e.t. 9.134
mph 78.655
rea. 1.071 fell asleep
60ft 2.112
e.t. 9.006
mph 80.101
3rd run didn't get a slip missed 2nd gear
:mad
rea. .697 best rea time
60ft 2.069 best 60ft
e.t. 9.015
mph 79.198
Man on the final run i ran out of nos at mid 2nd and was motor till mid hight end 3rd when i crossed the lights, so with that 60 i should have ran a 8.8 or 8.9 at around 81 mph but i just had to run out. i was only expecting a 8.9 or so with a 75 shot at 600psi. But next time will have a 125shot, slicks, 4.10 gears and a nos gauge so that i can use my bottle heater without worring about it.
Oh yeah all the runs were on nitto drag radials.
What do you all think i should have ran on my final run with nitrous troughout the run?? Am i right about the 8.8, 8.9??

Are all those runs on the hose?

yes they are and my bottle pressure is only at 600psi. and the last run should have been an 8.8 at around 81, the system is a dry kit and is only a 75 shot till next time. so 3 tenths is about right with and dry 75 at 600psi. probably only putting down 45-50 to the wheels.

Chill that tank before you fill up next time, seems to get you a better fill. That and grab a bottle heater. I would want at least 800 psi before I made a run, especially if you only have the small pills in there. You should have had more mph on the top end, I would think.

well i do have a heater in my car and it is hooked up but my bottle gauge got broke by speedworks and they are fixing getting me a new one so i didn't use the bottle heater. But i say 600 psi, it probably was at around 800psi. So what do you think my last run was and mid second i lost all of my nos and was blowing air into my intake and i go to high 3rd aroung 5 grand through the lights. What do you think it should have been??

I had a car that went 8.5 at 79 on a 1.8 60ft, so......its all guestimation until you get it sorted out. I would get some better tires first. You aren't shifting it over 5k are you? If its a basically stock 4.6 I don't think it will have much past that.

i actually shift at 6k right at red line, but i did shift at 5k once and it hit really hard. but i'm on nittos right now and everyone was suprised that i wasn't spinning dumping at 2500.

good to meet you man. just for comparison sake, my car with boltons and the stock motor went 9.11 at 77 with a 1.99 sixty on drag radials. get some slicks and watch the times drop. ;)

Get a bottle heater man!! My 1st time to Denton when i got the bottle on my coupe the best i could run was an 8.6@86 and i got dogged bad for being on a 125 shot but no one wanted to realize that i had no heater in my coupe to heat the cold ass bottle but a few weeks later i got a walmart made bottle heater which cost about $20 and worked damn near as good as any $100 bottle heater and you cant compare a bottle without a heater to a bottle that has been heated, its like night and day when you are spraying, 100 people crowded around you and the fastes LS1 out that night with your bottle at 1100-1200psi, GOOD LORD that was the greatest :D!! Good Luck!!

Yep! Most definately lit them up! Had to get out before the 330 mark, and get back in. Though i actually had a positive out of that, if you would believe it! Next few runs of mine, i just eased out of the hole (under 2k) , when i felt it start to spin, get off the loud pedal, then jam back on, and it stuck. Worked out great. Too bad i had to learn it by getting drug by the Mean98! :D
I think you can get 8.8 and lower, 600 psi on a bottle isnt really much. So i would almost consider your times "on motor" just about.

yeah i know what you mean i was just about on motor and nice to meet both of you two also. Hope to see you all out there when i get my gears and 125 shot going and i will use my heater.

If I were you, the next mod would be the head swap. Your times even best on the juice are less than my bolt on 00GT. You could also get slicks and then drive it like you hate it and could easily be in the 7's.
I think Flowjack before the LT's and tubular K was running 7.5's on the hose.

nittos hook up, its like night and day compared to my stock eagle F1s...on the F1s, i ran a 8.0@93 with a 1.97 60'
now that i got the nittos, i wouldnt be suprised if i couldnt pull a high 1.7 outta the hat and run a 7.6x

well if you say that my best is the 9.0 on the hose then your crazy cause that was a 75 shot with no heater and i ran out of nitrous so i was pretty much running on motor. Next time i will have my 125 going and the heater hooked up and i should rip a 8.6 or lower out of it. And yes the head swap is my next mod. I allready ordered the houston performance cams for the pi heads.

It should be 2 to 3 weeks and i will head out spraying 125 with 4.10's and hopefully slicks if not then the nittos will be running.
