View Full Version : Protein on high-rep month?
I have cycled back to my high-rep workout for the month of June. Do I need to still take my protein, or will that just hinder my leaning up?

High reps are a good change of pace, but concentrate more on cardio for serious fat-loss. As for protien, keep your intake high enough to maintain your current musculature and err to the high sideif you are unsure. Keep a close eye on carbs and fats when whittling down your over-all calorie intake, dont sacrifice protien.
