Human Growth Complex 500 is probably total crap, that is always the case with the supplements that try to sound like it is a
pharmaceutical. They are trying to make it sound like Human Growth Hormone HGH , or Human Chorionic Gonadtropin HGC.
Don't waste your money.


Methoxy on the other hand has some credible research behind it.
I've tried it and felt some minimal positive effects, however not
sure if it worth the money.
