How much weight have you been losing since running ?
And how many months did it take to run that ?
Thanks

Don't anyone laugh at 5+ 10 min. miles, until you've tried it. Especially in this heat. Good work Al. Are you shooting for any time/distance goal in particular?

I need to take up running. Right now, I can't run 1,000 feet without getting tired.
Congrats on reaching your goal.

was this on a tread mill or out side cuz out side= hot as fuck and tread mill mill= board as fuck. So great job either way i prefer to run as fast as i can for a mile or 2 and call it quits.:D
I do all my running on a treadmill. I have nowhere to run since I live right off the tollway, no sidewalks! I couldn't run in this heat anyway.
10 minute miles are real easy until you get to about the 4 mile mark then it gets old real quick!
