im assuming thats a daily intake, how do you have time eat six separate meals, and do they actually feel as if youve eaten anything?

You're gonna die.
1.) Too much tuna in a week
2.) No flavor!

How is it to much tuna in a week? TO much mercury? . im planning on doing one month HARD on that diet.. with increased cardio.. and then switch it up.. Also.. one thing i didnt mention, some days i will swtich the tuna and chicken.. so i will have chicken for 2 meals.. and tuna for one.
also.. thats the " during the week"
the weekends i "cheat" a little.. maybe throw in some steamed veggies etc
also.. i might substitute low fat or skimmed milk to lower my "fat calories".. 33% fat calories seems a little hight to me.
What is your bodyweight ? If you are weightraining you may want to up the protein on workout days if you want to gain or even maintain muscle.

At what you weigh you probably are way under your base metabolism, calorie wise to function. When that happens, your body will make up the difference by burning lean mass, not fat for fuel. Regardless of how clean your diet is.

First off you don't really have to worry about the mercury content of the tuna if you are eating the canned stuff, there isn't enough of it and you could eat 5-6 cans a day and it would still be better for you than eating a fillet of deep sea fish.

Secondly he's right white_lightning,
I weighed just 185 lbs. for a while and I did a diet that was about the same daily intake and I could tell that I was burning lean mass and fat. I dropped about 15 lbs. in the 3 weeks on it. Intake was right at 1800 calories with 1-2 hours cardio per day (6 days a week for the 3 weeks), and mild lifting after that each day. I was getting so burnt out durning the last week because my body was metabolising (sp?) the calories so quickly each day and was burning body mass the rest of the day.
At 293 w/ 30% I'd range it 2100-2200 calories, 175 protein, ~160 carbs, and keep the fat as low as possible. Maybe taking some flax seed oil and other suppluments.
