is with me gaining back my muscle.. im starting to lose range of motion.. i was trying scratch my upper back... so i go try to reach it. and my fore arm and bicep compress.. and im about 3" from the itchy spot..

Just curious, are you streching before and after your workouts? I wouldn't expect a loss of range of motion unless you put on alot of muscle mass and it was getting in the way. Are you muscles too tight or just too big?

im 5'7"
293 lbs.
at about 30%.
its not lack of stretching.. when your Forearm touches your bicep.. there is no more movement:)

You must be a mammoth. I am 6'3" and 260lb and thought that I was big (mostly fat though).

I am still tripping out on that. No offense bro but you would make a good bouncer. That plastic soldier is funnier than hell.

I weighed 192lbs. I had a size 32 waist, flat stomach and low body fat. And I could barely get my dammed jeans on because my thighs were too big for my jeans. I also was starting to get a restricted range of motion.

Traveling and working two jobs decimated my workout schedule :( so i'm back to being a fatso now.
