How do I clean out radiator stop leak.

I've flushed the system four times and still no luck, just keep flushing or what? Its getting expensive!!! Oh yeah its on a 95 F-150 4.9l inline 6.

Is there a hole in the radiator...what exactly is your problem. If so, then just sauter the hole up.

In my projects/derby cars, I take the rad out, face up fill with rad flush from Napa, water - hold hands over holes and slush it around, let sit, repeat 2-3 times.

There's no leaks, its that the system was running clean last time i flushed it with the flush stuff from autozone, and yesterday when i got home the overflow, overflowed and what came out was thick shit brown slime with a little copper color water from when the old owner used stop leak. When I refilled it last time i used the right mix of coolant and water. I just want to know if the crap is coming from in the block because of the shit brown color it was just copper colored before the last flush? the rad was clean after the last flush but now its full of crap again.

Why don't you refill it with straight water, run it a day or two, drain, rinse/lather/repeat until the brown is gone. You don't "have" to run coolant now in the summer. I just wouldn't run straight water for long because of rust, but there's nothing wrong with that until you get the block hot and run everything through.

I've got a new radiator and am going to flush again and fill with just water. I just didnt want to get a new one and have this crap to come back and f' it up.

What would cause an upper hose to collaps?
