BTW- I will throw in for the $127k asking price...
A new fridge and washer an dryer!
Plus the new deck in the pics cost us just over 4k and its just a few months old...Also we will include as well, over $3k in window treatments that where custom made, as well! So that's an easy $10k in extra's..will be included!!
